Program Mechanics & Terms:

- Tier Advancement: Account spend will be reviewed annually (e.g., at the end of the calendar year or 12 months from enrollment date) to determine tier advancement or retention for the subsequent year.
- Discount Application: Discounts will be applied automatically to the approved B2B account upon login, or through a unique, persistent discount code provided to the account holder.
- Non-Transferable: Discounts and benefits are exclusive to the approved business account and are non-transferable.
