My name is Melissa - I'm a  wanderer and dreamer at heart with a love for the outdoors and the beautiful details of our planet. I've always loved the arts especially Van Gogh, O'keeffe, and Monet. However, painting was never my strongest artistic trait. My camera is both my paintbrush and my paint is the glory of natural light, on location photography skills, gorgeous textures and digital effects.

I love exploring botanical gardens and sharing my vision through a lens. Every time I go out for a floral / botanical photo shoot it always brings back fond childhood memories of playing in my grandmother's flower gardens and the sweet smells that were around me; which continues to inspire how I capture the beautiful details of our natural world.
