Monthly Art Giveaway - Official Rules

How to Enter:

1. Solve the jigsaw puzzle (as provided on our website/social media page).

2. Enter your name and email address in the designated form.

3. Limit one entry per person per puzzle.

Eligibility:

The contest is open to all legal residents of United States who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and immediate family members of PI Photography and Fine Art are not eligible to participate.

Prize:

One winner will receive a free 12" x 16" loose art print of their choice from the available selection on PIPAFINEART.COM. Framed and canvas prints are excluded from the prize. No cash alternative or prize substitution will be offered.

Winner Selection:

One winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received within the contest period. The winner will be notified by email within 3 days of the drawing.

Winner Notification and Claim:

The winner must respond to the prize notification email within 30 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within 30 days will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity Release:

By entering the contest, the winner agrees to allow PI Photography and Fine Art to use their abbreviated name, city, state and likeness for promotional purposes on social media and other marketing channels.

General Conditions:

PI Photography and Fine Art reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice. All decisions made by PI Photography and Fine Art regarding the contest are final and binding. This contest is void where prohibited by law.

Sponsor:

The sponsor of this contest is PI Photography and Fine Art.

Privacy:

Any personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties ¹ except as necessary to fulfill the prize.
